Booking a Room

We can’t wait to welcome you to Bay Tree Cottage, our aim is to provide you with a comfortable, relaxing and refreshing stay. We do however have some terms and conditions that help us to continue delivering a quality offering:

Minimum Stay
3 night minimum stay (April-September)
2 night minimum stay (October-March)
3 night minimum stay (Christmas/New Year fortnight)
3 night minimum stay (Easter Fortnight)
3 night minimum stay (All Bank Holiday Weekends)
3 night minimum stay (Balmoral Show Week)

Rooms
Please note that if you book the cottage for two people and use both bedrooms, an additional £50/night will apply.

On booking, please select the correct number of adults and children to ensure an accurate price is quoted and agreed. All children, except for infants under 12 months, are charged at our full adult rate.

Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival. If cancelled within the 7 days prior to arrival, then you will be charged 100% cost of the stay.

Families and Children

All children are welcome at Bay Tree Cottage. Rooms can be changed from double beds to single beds. Please contact me directly if you have specific questions.

Smoking Policy

Bay Tree Cottage is strictly non-smoking throughout.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in times are between 4pm and 8pm. If you are going to arrive outside these hours please let us know and we will endeavour to facilitate. Check-out is before 11am.
